Scholarship Applications
Covenant Christian High School's scholarship deadline is April 30, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. Please be sure that you have followed up with your recommenders and that you have completed all requirements before the deadline.
Freshman Merit Scholarship
The Freshman Merit Scholarship is a one-time award. These scholarships recognize and affirm the exemplary work of outstanding students entering their freshman year at Covenant Christian High School. We would like to recognize and encourage students who have shown excellence and will continue to do so.
A student may apply in multiple categories, but will receive no more than one award. The scholarships are one-time awards for $500, which will be applied to tuition for the freshman year.
While each scholarship focuses on a specific area of achievement, the recipient must also be a positive example spiritually, socially, and academically.
One scholarship will be awarded in each category:
- Achievement- outstanding achievement in an area not identified in other awards.
- English
- Leadership
- Mathematics
- Science
- Foreign language
- Performing arts
- Visual arts

Christian Ministry Scholarship
The applicant must be the student of a missionary or full-time Christian worker. Please click for additional information.
Alyssa Strege Memorial Scholarship
Established in loving memory by the family of Alyssa Strege. Alyssa's sibling is a CCHS student and participant in the work tuition program. Applicant must currently be a participant in the work tuition program at CCHS and demonstrate a strong desire to obtain a CCHS education. Please click for additional information.
Gone Servin' Community Service Scholarship
Applicant must be an outstanding student and active in community service. Please click for additional information.
Fifth Third Bank Scholarship
The recipient must be a member of a single-parent family, maintain a "B" grade point average, and demonstrate strong moral character and leadership as evidenced by participation in an extra-curricular activity. The recipient must also be able to verbalize his or her Christian testimony and how God is working in his or her life. Please click for additional information.
Elaine M. Goodwin Memorial Scholarship
Established by the family of Elaine M. Goodwin, devoted follower of Christ and joyful cheerleader for the works of her Savior in her role as wife, mother and grandmother. Elaine entrusted the high school experience of her two youngest children, Abby and Adam, to Covenant. She also delighted in her daughter-in-law and her eldest son's discovering one another and talents in teaching and administration upon accepting the Lord's leading to serve at Covenant.
